Preshrink by machine washing in warm water & tumble dry on a permanent press cycle. The fabric will lose width & length & appear very narrow & very pleated. Press lightly with a dry iron to remove some of the pleating. You can skip the pressing if you like the pleated look, but please note that the pleats will release in places of wear/stress first (highlighting rear ends/tummy/knees/elbows).
