Get a hands-on look at one of the projects in the latest issue of By Hand Serial: Lookbook No. 8: Colorado's Front Range, with author and editor Andrea Hungerford. Designed by Lupine Marshak (@wild.lupine), this perfectly proportioned drawstring bag is the ideal home for all of your on the go projects and supplies. The waxed canvas exterior gives the bag character and durability, and students will enjoy putting their own signature on the lining and drawstring casing fabrics to create a bag uniquely their own.
Students should have taken Sewing 101 or have equivalent skills. Techniques learned: sewing with waxed canvas, sewing a casing and bottom gussets, top stitching and finishing.
Please note: There are NO refunds or store credit given at any time for classes with out of town instructors and special guest instructors. Your seat may be transferred to a friend if you cannot attend.
(Instructor will provide leather cording)
