This class is two sessions, please ensure you can attend all dates.

If you suffer with One Sock fever, try out the process of making both socks at the same time.

Come learn the art of yarn management in making pairs at the same time. Come prepared with a self striping sock blank or a cake of sock/fingering weight yarn with both ends ready for use and I will teach you the ins and outs of creating socks that can be worn as soon as you bind them off the needles.

In Part One, we will start with casting on both socks and working them to the point that we are comfortable with managing the yarn and keeping each sock separate, and will go home with a project to work on to the point of working the gusset.

In Part Two of the class, we will go over any questions you have and work out how to turn the heel, then you will be ready to go finish your pair of socks and start your next project.

This process of Two at a Time knitting can easily be adapted to make mitts, gloves, sleeves, whatever you make in pairs!

Materials Required (sold separately): Sock or fingering weight sock blank or cake of yarn with both ends available for use(not dark colors or black, please), circular needles size 3 or 4 with a cord of at least 40”, Stitch markers. Optional supplies: yarn bowl
